The association "ARTS ET LOISIRS" also known as "ARTS AND CRAFTS" and "ARZOÙ HA DIDUELLOU", is a cultural and social association bound to the 1901 law, declared at the "sous-préfecture" in Guingamp (Côtes d'Armor) under number 20040040; the official address is the townhall of Callac-de-Bretagne (22160) and the president is Yvon LE MEN. The association was created on September 14th 2004; its aim from the start was to propose various arts and crafts workshops, open to as many people as possible. It has developed as years went by so that it is able to prove its social and cultural impact by offering its members diverse artistic and cultural activities. In 2007-2008, there werere about 50 members taking part in one or several of the 4 sorts of workshops : Art, Crafts, Patchwork and Floral Art.  The association
offers a new workshop starting in September 2009: small present and doll-making. A Franco-British club will also start mid-September.There were 111 members in the association on June 30th; about half of them are British which makes "Arts et Loisirs" one of the driving forces of the Franco-British entente cordiale in Central Brittany. It is one of the resons why the Bureau was renewed in March 2009 so that both French and British members were represented. The members of the new Bureau are :

It costs 25€ a year to join "Arts and crafts". Every year, the members are invited
to take part in the General Assembly in September: everyone can then
keep up with the activities, suggest new workshops and elect the
members of the Bureau. The association also organizes an annual meal
which all members can join. This year the meal took place on Saturday,
January 10th; here are some photos:
